NEW VISITATION GUIDANCE 1/11/2022
Per the Rhode Island Department of Health, visitors will now be required to do the following upon entry to the facility, regardless of age. Show proof of Vaccine Card OR a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours OR a negative Antigen result in the last 48 hours. These tests must be administered from a state sanctioned test site (for example CVS, Walgreens, RI State testing sites). Please show proof at the front desk.
Visitors will be required to wear a SURGICAL OR N95 MASK at all times in the facility regardless of vaccination status. NO cloth masks allowed.

Please note: You must have shown your proof of vaccination by the recommended times. You do not have to leave the building by those times.
